Dear One is an interactive installation and assemblage, crafted from a blend of antique machinery, sentimental discards, wooden furniture, and archival letters printed on onion skin paper and sealed with water-based glue. Dear One was exhibited in the lobby of the Goldcorp Centre for the Arts from April 16-28, 2024, and also featured during SFU’s 4th year film and installation exhibition entitled: 22:8.

The archival material incorporated into this installation was sourced from the Owen family fonds, which are preserved within the Jewish Archives and Historical Society of Edmonton and Northern Alberta.
